Glenn became the CEO of IFPS after its founder, Barry Swanson, passed away in 2023.

Glenn bought his first stock when he was thirteen but really started investing in 1984 through the encouragement of Barry Swanson and IFPS. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with an emphasis on business and economics.  afterwards, he worked for the US government financing rural America’s water/sewer projects and government apartments. Glenn obtained his Series 7 in 1992 and joined IFPS that year. Later he obtained his Series 24.

Kathy joined Integrated Financial Planning Services in 2002 and brought with her a wealth of financial and accounting knowledge that has proved invaluable to the Firm. During her 20+ years with the Firm, she worked closely with Barry Swanson in developing Internal Controls and Audits, as well as streamlining daily accounting and commission processing procedures. Kathy was the first employee of IFPS to Telecommute and paved the way for others to do so as well.  Although Kathy retired as CFO and Vice President, she remains registered as the firm’s Financial Operations Principal, provides guidance to the team, and works on special projects.  Kathy continues to hold her seat on the Board of Directors.

Kathy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Southern California. She also holds Accounting Certificates from the General Motors Dealer Accounting School and the US Army Comptrollers School. She has over 35 years’ experience in the accounting field specializing in regulatory compliance, cash flow management, and auditing.  She has a Series 28 license.

Marcia has a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and after spending 15 years working in leading accounting positions with the DOD and the University of Maryland she traded that life for the excitement of the financial services industry.  Today she has 10 years of working in various management roles under her belt and is now serving IFPS as its Managing Director.  

Marcia maintains the Series 7, Series 24, Series 27 and 51 licenses.
